Cardio is very important in fitness. Improving your cardiovascular endurance allows you to be more athletic, feel less heavy, and in my case, have a sharper mind. By improving my cardiovascular endurance, I was able to not only be more confident with myself as I felt more comfortable with my body, but I was also able to be more sharp mentally and focus better in lessons.

For my cardio, I did a variety of sports and exercise that trains not only my muscular endurance, but also my stamina. I played football, I swum every week, and recently I've been into skipping rope. Although my weight still weigh the same at 65 kg from when I started this journey, my body is much more toned, and I feel much more lighter. And although the progress already looks promising, if I continue this journey, who knows what I could achieve. The sky's the limit.

Having a dedicated schedule and commiting to it is very helpful in fitness. To efficiently grow your body, you can plan out days where you workout which part of your body. Not only does this give you rest on areas of your body after, but it also greatly reduces the chance of injury.
Having an active lifestyle is very rewarding.
Improving my strength was one of my biggest goals when I started this journey. Whenever I'm with my mom grocery shopping I wasn't able to help her lift the boxes as it was too heavy. Whenever my friends offer me to arm wrestle, I'd always lose. Whenever I was playing football, one push and I went flying. I'm tired of it. I decided to go to the gym, and finally lift some weights.
